Check-in is possible at any time from 14:00, check-out until 12:00.

Our cancellation conditions (group bookings & during the trade fair period) are as follows:

The entire booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before the arrival date.

For later cancellations, the following cancellation fees apply

- Up to 59-30 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total amount.
- Up to 30-14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount.
- Up to 14-0 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount.
